Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bottle Service Server to join our team at Los Cuates Restaurant in Gilroy, Ca 95020 .
_*The Shift available is Fridays and Saturdays from 7pm to 2:30am*_
*Responsibilities:*
* *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional customer service to patrons purchasing bottle service, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
* *Table Setup:* Prepare tables for bottle service, including arranging bottles, glasses, mixers, and garnishes according to establishment standards.
* *Knowledge of Products:* Have a thorough understanding of the establishment's bottle service offerings, including types of alcohol, pricing, and promotions.
* *Upselling:* Encourage patrons to purchase additional bottles or premium products through effective upselling techniques.
* *Order Processing:* Take and process bottle service orders accurately and efficiently, using the establishment's point-of-sale (POS) system.
* *Table Management:* Monitor and manage bottle service tables, ensuring they are well-maintained and stocked throughout the patrons' visit.
* *Communication:* Maintain clear and effective communication with other staff members, including bartenders, servers, and management, to ensure seamless service.
* *Responsible Alcohol Service:* Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and laws, including checking identification to verify legal drinking age and monitoring patron intoxication levels.
* *Sales and Revenue Generation:* Contribute to the establishment's sales goals by promoting bottle service packages and driving revenue through exceptional service and upselling.
* *Assist with Cleaning:* After the restaurant closes, assist with cleaning duties such as clearing tables, wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, and other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the establishment.
* *Teamwork:* Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
