Estimated starting annual base salary is $20.
00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis.
Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions.
The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary, variable annual incentive, paid based on Company performance factors.

The Sanitation Worker II maintains high levels of plant sanitation and cleanliness.
This position conducts ongoing plant cleaning tasks
along with regular sanitation of production equipment and facilities in alignment with the product manufacturing run schedule.
The
Sanitation Worker II follows all regulatory and company policies and procedures and collaborates with Manufacturing, Maintenance,
and Quality departments to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain current knowledge of and promote food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Maintain clean, safe environment throughout the production facility.
Regularly clean equipment including machines, racks, trats, barrels, etc.
in accordance with Master Sanitation Schedule and
other company policies.
Clean floors, walls, structure, and other areas of the facilities as directed.
Remove and properly dispose of trash, corrugate, pallets, scrap product, containers, and metal.
Treat all blood, other bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials in accordance with Bloodborne Pathogens and
Exposure Control Program policies, standards, and procedures.
Assist with maintaining the company pest control program.
Perform all work in a safe manner using appropriate signage and safety items based on the work being performed.
Conduct and maintain Sanitation documentation and records as needed.
Operate forklift as needed and maintain current forklift operator certification.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of Sanitation experience in a GMP facility.
Proven understanding of GMP and Food Safety requirements.
Strong organization, documentation, collaboration, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English/Spanish

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
This position is very active and requires
standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
The employee must frequently lift and/or
move items over 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral
vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
