SANITATION SPECIALISTS IS IN SEARCH OF AN HR Admin The ideal candidate will have experience with administrative tasks, a passion for helping people and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
This role will report to our office in Santa Maria, CA and will be responsible for supporting our locations in other near by locations with in CA.
Bilingual English and Spanish is a must for this position.
Compensation: $24 an hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm QUALIFICATIONS: Conversational Spanish.
Must be able to travel +/- 10% Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
At least two years of related experience.
Previous experience as an office manager, receptionist, clerical specialists, operations admin preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Processes attendance, requests for time off and employee action forms daily.
Monitors employee timecards follow up with employees regarding timecard corrections Conducts virtual or in - person orientation for new hires.
Be a liaison between Operations and HR, payroll, and benefits, to ensure needed communication is timely and accurate.
Processes full cycle off-boarding and coordinates exit interviews.
Runs performance evaluation reports for managers and ensures evaluations are executed in a timely manner.
Scans, files, mails and emails documents to designated recipients in a timely manner.
Completes, scans and stores employee related documents and maintains personnel files.
Performs other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS: This position is 75% seated work: 25% standing, walking, and moving.
Employee may occasionally bend, kneel, squat and must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
