We are looking for smart, hard-working individuals to join our accounting team.
Responsibilities will include: Prepare and balance client monthly reports Credit card fraud specialist, including calls to end users when needed B2B collection calls Issue customer credit card refunds Prepare monthly client invoices Accounts Receivables Accounts Payables Qualifications: Exceptional ability to work across multiple business disciplines Ability to multi-task and prioritize what needs to be done during a very busy day Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Eager to help and ability to take initiative A willingness to learn Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems is a plus Benefits Medical, Dental and Life Insurance 401k match Flexible schedule Support from an awesome team that will invest in your success and help build your career
