General Contractor is seeking an onsite Office Administrator with a strong bookkeeping background.
In-house payroll processing and HR support
Accounts Payable, Credit card reconciliation
Job costing and data entry
Billing and Accounts Receivable
Front office support: reception, phones, mail, banking, supplies
Project support: Temp services - PGE, Internet, Phone, satellite office set-up, signage, toilet
DMV and fleet maintenance, Safety Program
Key attributes of successful candidate: Energetic, self-motivated, multi-task oriented
Ability to complete tasks timely and accurately with little supervision
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Adobe
(ProContractor for construction accounting is a huge plus)
Technically savvy
Valid CA driver's license and clean DMV required.
