The rent will be $1999 a month and best of all you won’t have any debt in your name from buying a $100,000 RV and you will be subleasing from me so you won’t have to get a credit check, just a background check.
The background check must come back clean and clear in order to rent this spot.
$1000 deposit will be required and then $2200 a month.
This is an awesome set up because you have your own space/freedom.
You can park up to 4 cars or as I did I have an outdoor gym set up inside a 13ft gazebo and I am still able to park 2 cars along with my full size work van.
