Hi, we are currently looking for a new roommate to fill our current roommates shoes.
Our current roommate is moving out and spreading her wings so we must find someone just as amazing as she is.
We are a group of 3, 20 something year old working professionals looking for likewise.
We are 420 friendly, live in a clean tidy two-story house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You would have 1 bathroom that you share with one other girl downstairs.
As much as we love pets, we can not have or accept any in our home (sad face), but there are a couple of neighborhood cats that come say hello.
Parking in driveway + street parking available.
Your room rent is just under $900, utilities are not included but are not that bad, + a 1 time deposit of $700 with a small 1 time application fee with rental agency.
We are looking for someone to move in May 1st AND for at least one year.
