Location/view: Truly amazing ocean view from bedroom and living room, about as good as it gets for view, dangling on cliff above Maresa state beach.
You can see and hear ocean waves breaking all day and night, constant ocean.
The La Selva bluff is like 30 feet from the front door.
The unit: it’s a very small one bedroom.
I live simple and single, and it’s just right for me.
Bedroom is nice size, Small full kitchen with cast iron cookware and nice island for meal prep.

The living room is very small but has room for comfy lazy boy recliner and tv and desk, and has a double sliding glass door to small balcony and truly amazing view.
You look at and hear the great manresa bluff and ocean all day and night, hawks and owls in trees right in front of you.
Wonderful to fall asleep to ocean, hear birds in the morning, gazing at shoreline and crashing waves all day.
Comfy queen bed, vinyl and stereo, guitar, easy to get to and from HWY 1, street parking alway available right in front.
General environment: La selva is a small, quiet, idyllic neighborhood, so we want to keep it that way with a mellow, responsible sublet tenant.
The unity is in back of the main house, a very fun and cool professional couple.
It’s a bit small, but if that isn’t a problem, the rest is a pretty perfect, unique great place on the manresa bluff.
Neighbor,s are great, peaceful and beautiful every day here.
