Hello I have a room coming up for rent, move in is February 1st, at $1300 utilities not included in this price, deposit is $1300 (2600 for deposit and rent total).
The house is located on hwy 9 about 7 minutes from Johnnie’s market.
There’s a large fenced backyard, a good sized kitchen with an island, and living room which is open for a couch or any other furniture you may have.
The room has bright natural lighting, a nice closet with doors.
The bathroom is shared, and laundry on site.
It is me, my 9 month old puppy named Chicken, my 5 year old son who lives with me half the time.
We are looking for a working individual, respectful to responsible drinking (not a party house!) , reliable, clean and organized.
Good with kids is a plus! Good credit and steady income is a must.
Unfortunately the lease allows 1 pet so we’re at the limit, so preferably someone without.
The lease is up in January, as a year lease.
Little bit about myself; I am 25 years old.
Single mother who enjoys privacy and I keep to myself for the most part, I work as a house cleaner & I am very laid back and respectful.
My son is 5 he is full of energy & personality and a very sweet boy all around.
He is with me Saturday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday.
& my Chicken dog is a silly goose and pretty chill for his age.
He’s got puppy energy sometimes but he’s a good boy and listens (for the most part) lol
