(and if you come for a showing it won't look exactly as pictured because there is a tenant in there right now, with her own art/objects, and many of the items in the photos are stored until she moves out)
***~Optional: There is a VERY SMALL, long and narrow, detached room in the backyard that you could also rent as storage, an Office or Art Studio for an extra $200.
