*Not provided; propane gas for; refrigerator cooling, stove/ oven cooking, hot showering, petrole gas for
generator is also your responsibility
*15- 20 minutes give or take to highway one North or South, from there it all depends on the flow of traffic
*all wheel or four wheel drive vehicle is needed to
access property
