The rooms are big and airy and the bathroom is huge.
Location, location, location: Just a few blocks from Surf City's most famous surf break - Pleasure Point, and right next to 3 of the local's favorite beaches.
Less than a mile from Verve, Cat and Cloud, East Side Eatery, Penny's Ice Cream and at the start to a really beautiful walking path through the eucalyptus trees and down the coast.
This cottage is away from the hubub of the boardwalk, but just a quick 8 min coastal drive to downtown.
I live in the front cottage.
I'm easy-going but prefer not to have any party animals living in this cottage.
We're all pretty close neighbors.
