The common area has a kitchen for everyone to share, its full house with probably 2 o 3 people or students to share the common areas like the kitchen/dinning roon and full bathroom.
the kitchen has a refrigerator stove, microwave, full dining room, come with everything, pots, silverware etc etc.
ready to move in.
Our property is surrounded by trees and nature.
The parking is private and off-street.
The bathroom and shower is shared.
We ask for 1st and last month + 1/4 security deposit upon move-in.
the utilities will be 70 dollars a month ( trash can, electricity, water, parking, wifi) Full time job or occupation is required that is offsite.
At least 1 rental reference please.
