Size is about 10x12, about 120 square feet in total.
The place is smaller than many bedrooms yet is private and cozy.
Available for rent monthly or longterm.
We are asking $1000.

Can be used as a full or part time dwelling, or an office or art studio.
Currently empty and available furnished or unfurnished.
This very small space is appropriate for one person only due to the sensitive septic and low impact eco-friendly design.
Hot shower is just outside the unit and the plumbing is a water-to-landscape set up.
This unit has electricity, internet, plumbing (toilet and running water,), insulation and windows.
The Kitchenette consists of a mini-refrigerator, sink, microwave, toaster oven and hot plate with two burners.
The ceiling area in kitchen is fairly low just over 6 feet high.
There is a loft just big enough for a full sized bed, the loft is not big enough to stand in or set up a chair.
It is located on a shared property with a couple and a family.
The property has some common areas but the unit is fully private and self contained.
The unit has a very small private yard around it, fenced and under some oak trees.
The fence is shared with neighbors.
The unit is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood with hiking trails just outside.
It is quarter mile from Hwy 9 and a short walk to the bus line, located in between Felton and Ben Lomond.
Streets are paved and there is one parking spot across the street from the unit.
It is a short walk up a driveway and a few stairs to the unit.
We may consider a small pet for an extra fee.
But if it was a cat, it would need to be indoors only, due to serious cat drama with the neighborhood cats up the road.
We are asking first months rent plus security deposit and utilities would be paid by the tenant, depending upon how much utilities are being used by them.

The unit is slightly rustic, eco-friendly, warm and comfortable.
Sorry we are unable to accept section 8 (we tried already) and it is not wheelchair accessible.
