*Qualifications & Requirements*
* Must be 21 years of age or older.
* Ability to follow exact instructions.
* Ability to work as a team and have good communication skills.
* Having a positive attitude.
* Reliability
* Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing for 8 hours.
* Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
* Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
* ServeSafe Food Handler Certificate (or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment).
* Eligibility to legally work in the United States.
* Bakery experience is a plus.
* Manufacturing experience is a plus.
*Responsibilities*
* Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.
* Must maintain Good Housekeeping Practices.
* Responsible for keeping work area clean and organized.
* Perform all sanitation responsibilities and train others as needed.
* Responsible for performing daily, weekly, and periodic sanitation duties and tasks.
* Sanitize and clean all machinery/equipment as needed.
* Operate machinery/equipment as needed.
* Assist in the overall baking of cookies.
* Be able to perform all baking duties and train others as needed.
* Assist in the overall packing of cookies.
* Be able to perform all packaging duties and train others as needed.
* Responsible for performing quality checks on finished product bags.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management (may including but not limited to making boxes, sticker bags, washing dishes, housekeeping).
* Be able to work with other production personnel to ensure efficient operations.
* Must act safely all the time and immediately report all unsafe conditions, accidents, and near misses to Lead Packer, Lead Baker, or Manager.
* Responsible for notifying equipment problems to leads or manager.
* Employee must perform any and all other duties that may be assigned by their lead, supervisor, and/or manager (may include but not limited to aligning cookies, packing, cleaning, break relief, etc.
).
* Employee must ensure they are protecting the product quality and consumer safety.
Employee must report all quality issues immediately to your lead and/or manager.
* Must support teamwork, be a team player, ability to adapt to changing demands, and must be a self-starter.
