*Position:* Spa Admin

- College or higher level of education
- 3 years of Spa experience with a min.
of 1 year at management level
- Must be strong leader, self-motivator, team builder and willing to work
*General Responsibilities:*
· Oversees ongoing development and positioning of Spa offerings in terms of overall operations, concept definition, philosophy, treatment and menu offerings.
· Reviews and refreshes Spa product offering in line with current guest and industry trends.
· Manages the overall functions of the Spa, Salon, Fitness Center, Pool area and includes maintaining licensing/schedules for required positions of the Spa.
*Primary Functions:*
· Provides clients with instructional guidance while assuring that all safety precautions and health codes are adhered to throughout the Spa.
· Keeps all Spa, Salon, Fitness Center and Pool areas in proper working condition.
· Develops annual budget and implements a management strategy to define, track, and report monthly, quarterly and annual KPI's to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
Participates in weekly/monthly financials reviews, department meetings, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Promotes Spa with internal and external Sales and Marketing, promotions, packages and strategies for attracting new clients; All while working alongside Director of Sales and with Management.
· Closely monitor payroll and other operational expenses to optimize profitability.
· Verifies team members are licensed and trained to adhere to health and safety regulations from the Health Department and Lotus Management Inc.
policies and procedures.
· Follow industry-specific regulations for health, safety, and cleaning and sanitation in accordance with city, state, and local regulations.
· Oversees all day-to-day department-related operations including retail receiving, fulfillment, compliance accounting, vendor selection and management of staff.
· Develops, implements, and ensures operational compliance with policies and procedures and SOP’s in requirements and guidelines of Lotus Management Inc.
· Promotes excellent guest/team member relationship by reacting promptly, efficiently, and courteously to all guest and team member concerns.
· Attends weekly coordination meetings and publishes information to staff.
· Creates environment that motivates team members to collaborate, learn, perform, and develop their skills through thoughtful professional development opportunities.
· Provides timely performance assessments and productive workflow processes.
