Seeking support with home cleaning as organizing 2-4x/month for 4-6hrs (boulder creek)

79 yr old semi-disabled retiree living alone, no family.
Someone who lives in or nearby Boulder Creek.
This person should be reliable and a good communicator.
Ability to reach and clean kitchen cabinets, bathrooms, organize kitchen and rooms, light yard/deck cleaning and organization.
Possibly short walks with small, friendly dog.
Some cleaning supplies provided; you may need to bring some as well.
Located off Hwy 236, 1 mile from Johnnie's.
