I am switching jobs and will be out of the country in July.

beanbag from Muji.
If you know the brand, their beanbags are "denser" than others which I like.
If you own a dog, your dog would like it a lot(my previous roommate's dog absolutely loved it).
Detachable cover go into washing machine and dryer.
The beanbag itself can be washed in bathtub(I did once after my previous roommate moved out).

a kitchen island I got from IKEA, but I could not find it on IKEA website anymore.
It could be used as eating table(higher than regular table) or kitchen storage.
Has two wheels, easy to move.
