Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a deeply restorative, relaxing and quite pleasant practice.
It has a wide range of applications, and can be very supportive – for example – for stress, exhaustion, injury recovery, and introspection.
After initial study, I have had a personal practice for more than 6 years, and have background and instruction from multiple teachers of Yoga Nidra, including direct connection to India.
I also have training and teaching background in Hatha Yoga.
A one hour session is $100.
An introductory session, with an additional 30 minute intake, is $150.
