Budtender - Entry Level

This position manages customer satisfaction by guiding customers through their selection of cannabis products.
In this role, bud tenders will need to learn about cannabis applications and their customer base in order to recommend the appropriate product.
Budtenders are expected to learn and retain cannabis and product knowledge in order to provide educated recommendations to their customers.
MUST HAVE OR BE WILLING TO GET GUARD CARD!! Essential Functions * Maintain a superior knowledge of current products and the cannabis industry in order to be able to suggest similar products.
* Interact with customers in order to interpret their needs and wants and translate that into the best product for them.
* Have a general understanding of compliance laws, such as the legal age for use.
* Stay current on industry trends by attending company organized vendor demos and training.
* Accurately maintain cash drawer to ensure no variance is found.
* Greet all customers and ensure all customer needs are met.
* Keep up to date on all deals and discounts and accurately inform customers.
* Inform customers about cannabis and cannabis products in a thorough and educated manner.
* Take care of the retail floor by ensuring it is stocked, kept clean, and shelf aesthetics are maintained.
* Communicate with Shift Leads and management on a daily basis Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $16.
