Automotive Service Writer (santa cruz)

Busy Automotive repair facility/tire shop is looking for a service writer.
Ability to interview customers to figure out which vehicle services customers are seeking.
Service writer will write up a repair order to address the problem(s) with the customer's vehicle.
Minimum 5 years experience doing the same is required.
A working knowledge of book time and how to write estimates and repair orders.
Also a working knowledge of common issues with vehicles is required.
