There is a refundable $1000 security deposit to move in + prorated rent for the month depending on what day you move in.
I am open to renting to a couple $100 monthly will be added to rent.
AVAILABILITY:
The furnished room is available for rent now through end of April.
Rent includes all utilities, and high-speed internet.
You will share the home with my 30-year-old female house mate while we are traveling until the end of April.
The room could be available beyond those dates, but we would need to share the bathroom with you.

There is no storage beyond what you can fit in the room except you may store a bike or surfboard in the garage.

Our house is perfectly situated, offering easy access to Cabrillo College and beautiful surroundings.

Eight-minute walk to the beach.
