You share kitchen upstairs (dishes and cooking ware included), outdoor fenced in patio w BBQ, and laundry in garage.
This is my vacation home and I visit 3-4 days per week, usually arrive Tuesday PM (9:00) and leave Saturday morning (5:00 AM).
You have the place all to yourself the rest of the time.
I pay all utilities including except $50/m for internet and 1/2 of PGE bill.
This is a NO Pets, NO smoking NO partying quiet space.
