There’s also a front yard and a back yard, with big trees and lots of nature - perfect for meditation, yoga, or just enjoying a cup of tea/coffee, a meal, or some good company :)
The beach is very close (a 5 min walk), and there are plenty of nice eating places and restaurants all around.
Everything you need is within walking or biking distance.
If you like to surf, this is ideal location.
One share utilities is $150 per month, and includes hi-speed internet, natural gas heating, electricity, water, and garbage.
Move-in requirement: First month's rent, plus deposit.
