About the housemates we are all young adults between the age of 20 to 30 years old: a majority of us are students at UCSC/Cabrillo College and recent graduates.

About the house: the house sits on a large acreage surrounded by beautiful trees, near Henry Cowell Park.
It is dormitory-like living with a total of 16 rooms, 6 bathrooms, multiple laundry rooms and a large shared kitchen and living area.
You would have designated space in the kitchen cabinets and refrigerators.
Shared parking - one car only
