There are tall Eucalyptus trees with a family of Hawks who teach babies every year how to fly.
It is a large 5-bedroom home with a huge redwood-beamed living room.
My room to rent is $800.
00 a month including utilities and internet service, plus $800.
00 for a security deposit.
It is partially furnished with a futon, lamp, and area rug.
My room to rent has two large windows and is very sunny.
Aromas is in between the towns of Gilroy, Salinas, Santa Cruz, and Watsonville.
I require the first month's rent and security deposit upfront.
