Move in Date December 15th!! The available space is an unfurnished master bedroom, complete with a private bathroom, parking, laundry on site and access to a fully equipped kitchen/living room.
420 friendly No couples/no pets The monthly rent for the master bedroom is $1,300 + utilities.
This includes electricity, water, internet, and any other shared expenses.
First months rent + deposit due at move in.
Located in live oak on 7th ave walking distance to multiple gas stations and bus stops.
