We also have River Walk access off our street which is great for the 15 min walk to downtown, or 5 minute bike ride.
This space has a kitchenette, with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven.
Pictured is a carpet used as a throw rug, which you could choose not to use.
The toilet/shower is 2 steps out of the room and is shared with one other, the washer and dryer are also right there shared with the other 3 people on the property.
There is driveway parking available shared with the others in the house, and 72 hour on street parking.
There is gardening space available within the shared back yard, but if you aren’t into gardening I take care of the yard, shown is the yard space that would primarily be your own.
I am happy with helping to furnish the space, or you can use your own (pictured with a twin bed, but will fit up to a queen size bed).
It’s a tiny home so you choose how you want to best utilize your space.
There are 2 cats which don’t get along with other cats on the property, 1little dog, and an outdoor canary aviary (works great for drowning out the sounds of the city).
We are completely fenced in, so a dog would be negotiable with an extra deposit upon approval of our current dog and a guarantee of responsible dog ownership.
About us, LBGTQ+ friendly, I am part of a mother/adult daughter team that live in the main house.
We have 1 professional he/him that lives in another detached unit on the property.
We are smoking/drinking/420 friendly in the yard, and enjoy an occasional BBQ, although we all really appreciate our private space.
We love living in a beautiful space that feels private in the hustle of Santa Cruz, and are currently working on bringing it back to life.
$1575 plus $150 flat utility rate for the space which includes all utilities, trash and WiFi (which average around $200/mo).
You could choose to pay for your own cable.
Move in would require $50 nonrefundable application fee for background check prior to approval.
Move in would require the first months rent, and a $1725 deposit.
