We are looking for our fourth roommate to sign a one-year lease with us.
The rent for your room will be $1425 and the same amount for the security deposit.
The house is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom with an extra 4th sunroom that can be used for guests or a shared workout room.
We have a beautiful backyard, raised beds for gardening, a balcony, laundry on-site and street parking.
It is a beautiful and sunny house on the westside located within walking distance of Cat Cloud and Santa Cruz Yoga.
We are looking to find someone to move in on Feb 15th but can be flexible to pushing this date to potentially March 1st if we find the right fit.
Sorry, no pets or couples!
We are three roommates, a French couple (30 years old) working at UCSC and a female student studying Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (25 years old).
We are pretty mellow.
We like to cook dinner, play board games together, and host the occasional dinner party but also enjoy having our private space.
In our free time, we enjoy surfing, hiking, biking, camping, and climbing.
