POSITION SUMMARY As a member of the Brand Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Associate - Innovation will be responsible for the oversight of innovation-based projects that align with the brand strategy and company goals.
You will partner with cross functional teams to coordinate new product commercialization, new product launches, packaging design, portfolio management, and new launch feasibility analysis.
You will also own business analysis, briefing, project management, timelines, and deliverables.

Owns briefing of new product design proposals and deliverables to product development team including forecasting Creates new product launch selling materials for sales teams Works cross functionally with design, regulatory, and supply chain to project manage new label creation and on-going label and packaging updates Creates positioning/creative briefs for designers and copy writers Briefs marketing, sales, and customer service on packaging and formula changes, rollout timelines, etc.
