The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company strategy, leading business development by driving homecare hours across the Santa Cruz market and into new markets, overseeing the Lifespan staffing department by working closely to maximize caregiver availability and new client needs, while maintaining proximity to our staffing coordinators, care managers, and management team.
The ideal Managing Director candidate is a LVN or RN, a values-based leader with proven experience working in the home care and/or aging life care-related industries in Santa Cruz County, driving strategy development and leading its execution, managing a diverse team, building new client partnership by initiating the start of services, fielding cases to appropriate care managers after assessing and developing care plans.
This role will be part of the local leadership team, alongside our Lifespan Care COO.
*Job Responsibilities:* · Perform general management of Lifespan service hours · Lead the team in managing service inquiries, intake/assessment coordination, sale of caregiver availability, and initiation of services · Creates and implements care plans for new clients · Identifies and executes opportunities for growing hours · Supports the care management team with client cases, which may include but are not limited to medication management, placement assistance, physician and care team coordination, safety assessment and supervision of field staff · Supervises Staffing Manager and Staffing Coordinator while working laterally with Lead Care Manager · Serves as a resource on aging life care issues throughout the community and represents Lifespan through outreach to prospective clients and referral parties *Job Qualifications:* · Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) · Cleared Livescan background check through the Guardian · Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse with the geriatric and/or aging population and other standards related to home care and aging care management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.
