We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team of high performing employees who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role you will be responsible for scheduling prospective clients that request service through lead generation efforts.
This individual will be supporting inbound calling, booking and assigning the leads that come through Costco as well as making outbound estimates.
You will be supporting the field with Costco related issues, taking payments or other tasks while handling corrections, monitoring the productivity of the sales leads process
Requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Prefer prior knowledge of inside sales procedures
Strong aptitude in using various business software
Should have previous customer service or sales experience
