Do you have a passion for helping people and enjoy working with a diverse population? We are seeking for a fluent Spanish speaking individual that is self-driven, creative, and customer focused to assist customers and work cooperatively with local partners in the America's Job Center of California.
You would promote the Employment Development Department (EDD) and Workforce Services (WS) programs and/or services through the delivery method of self-service, facilitated self-help and staff assisted services by providing employment services to job seekers and employers.
If looking for an opportunity to work with the public, analyze customer needs, coordinate job fairs/events, apply marketing skills, identify solutions, pay attention to detail, make a difference, and work in a team environment, then this may be the job for you.
Overnight travel may be required.
Travel between offices may be required.
This position currently includes a Geographic Pay differential of $250 per month for Santa Cruz County.
Position exists in Capitola ARU 045.
