Organic Retail Account Manager

*Benefits* * Medical, Dental, & Vision and AD&D Insurance * Vecation Pay * Sick Leave * Holiday Pay * 401k Plan * Annual Bonus * Employee Assistance Program *Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Agriculture, or related field * Proven experience in account management, preferably within the organic produce industry * Strong understanding of organic certification standards and regulations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software * Willingness to travel as needed *Preferred Pre-Requisites* * Experience working with retail grocery or food service providers * Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and practices in agriculture * Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations *Responsibilities* * Manage and develop relationships with existing organic produce accounts * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the organic produce market * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to organic produce * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any issues or concerns * Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management *Pay* $21.
50 per hour + Incentive Plan *Schedule & Hours* Monday – Friday with weekend availability.
6am start time.
