Shelton Roofing is looking for a roofing project manager with proven experience in the trades and extensive roofing knowledge.
This role would include the management of both residential and commercial roof replacement, maintenance, and new construction.
An ideal candidate is a team player, strong leader, hard worker, organized, comfortable with a computer, and excels at time management.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain production schedule and communication with customers & team members
-Drive production deadlines while exceeding customer expectation
-Ensure CRM & necessary personnel is updated on job statuses including photos, crews assigned, change orders, material orders, etc.
-Confirm job measurements & material count for scheduled jobs
-Order materials
-Meet with crews each morning to review, instruct, and dispatch for live jobs.
-Generate change order contracts
-Ability to track, delegate, and complete many small tasks required to finish individual projects at a fast pace in a high volume environment
-Review and sign off on crew time cards for payroll
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in the roofing industry as a project manager for both residential and commercial.
- Drivers license and good driving record
- Proficient in G suite, CRM software, Microsoft Office
- Experience managing multiple types of roofing projects including standing seam metal, comp, tile, shake, single-ply, and liquid applied.
- Extensive roofing knowledge including installation methods, waterproofing, material warranties, general operation, and leadership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.
