Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction management and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project plans, including scope of work, schedules, and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with the design team to review blueprints and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Provide guidance and support to project teams, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure all projects are completed in accordance with contractual agreements
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and techniques
- Proficient in construction estimating software such as Primavera or ProCore
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage project teams
- Proficiency in using project management software such as Bluebeam
- Understanding of contract management principles
