Workshop space warehouse, parking/storage (santa cruz)

I am in search of either a small warehouse space, or share of, to rent (as small as 8 x 14 foot) or a storage space for a 20 foot shipping container that I would buy that I can do wood work out of.
Ideally I would like to buy a 40 ft shipping container and rent a spot for it to work and live out of.
Looking for such a place within about a half hour drive from Santa Cruz.
I don't mind if it is off grid completely.
