Looking for Pavement to Rent (alameda)

I am looking for a flat, paved spot to park my 36' Fleetwood Southwind.
The motorhome is fully functional and can be driven at any time.
This would not be a situation where an eyesore would be parked on your property.
I do live in the rig full time, as I save for land ownership.
I need 30 amp power, H2o hookup, and prefer sewer dump outlet.
Currently residing on the N Coast, SC and love the area.
I am addiction free, high credit score, excellent references, no pets.
Gainfully employed.
I am a quiet peaceful neighbor.
I would be willing to work the land to improve it, or to pet or housesit on occasion, as a part of the rental agreement, if you have those preferences.
