$800 RV/trailer sites at 45 Acre Redwood Forest Retreat Campground (Los Gatos)

We have sites for RV/trailer at the campground of our beautiful 45 acre redwood forest retreat.
There is no utilities hookup, but we have a shared bathroom with hot water shower and washer/dryer.
BBQ grill with side burners.
You can use shared staff kitchen with refrigerator, dinning table and sofa.
If you don't use it, the rent can be $50 lower.
There is WiFi in some areas in the campground, but not very fast.
45 acre forest, hiking trails, creeks, small waterfall, deer, turkey, owl Paved road, 20 min to Los Gatos downtown, 25 min to Santa Cruz Rent $800/month for one adult, a kid is possible with extra fee.
Deposit is one month rent.
Pets needs approval and may need pet fee.
