To maintain all assigned areas in a manner that represents a constant image of cleanliness, order, and sanitation.
DUTIES:
Wash and store dishes, pots, and pans.
Maintain cleanliness of all dish washing areas.
Sweep kitchen floor after each meal.
Sweep and spot mop dining room floor.
Empty trash.
Mop kitchen floor after last meal of the day.
Prepare clean up pans, cleaning cloths, and spatulas for each table.
Clean and maintain outside trash and mop storage.
Assist the Food Service Manager and/or cook in any duties as requested in an order to maintain a high level of efficiency in the kitchen operation.

and resources made available to perform tasks at hand.

Experience working at a camp/conference setting preferred
